Andrey Plekhanov aka HoT - dj i producent - Tula - zachodnia Rosja. Producencką działalność zaczął w 1997 roku. Przez lata rozwijał się, zdobywając sławę na światowej scenie Ragga Jungle.

W połowie 2000 roku jego utwór Gas-Jet został wybrany na składankę Tonz Of Drumz Vol.4 - Mixed by DJK. Stał się rozpoznawalny, kiedy otrzymywał regularny support w audycji Dj Gvozda Pirate Station w Record Radio oraz wydając w labelu Pirate Station Record.

Minęło kilka lat zanim nastąpił znaczący przełom w karierze Hota, kiedy to szef wytwórni JungleXpeditions Records i wielki ambasador muzyki Ragga Jungle - Rcola, wydał w swym kanadyjskim wydawnictwie pierwszy jego utwór na winylu pt. Policeman Soldiers. Następnie nadeszło pasmo sukcesów, w postaci serii wydań w znanych wytwórniach takich jak Run Tingz Recordings, Moonshine Recordings, Lion Heart Recordings, RIQ Records, Mashed Youth, jak również wydanie 10 utworów w jego własnym cyfrowym wydawnictwie: Hot Sound Records.

Przed Hotem rysuje się świetlana przyszłości ponieważ właśnie ogłoszono, że będzie wydany w Bristolskiej wytwórni Jungle Clone Records.

Andrey Plekhanov aka HoT is a DJ and Producer hailing from the western Russian city of Tula.

HoT originally started out in the world of production back in 1997 and by the year 2000 he was getting to grips with the techniques that would later take him on to become a household name in the worldwide Ragga Jungle movement.

It wouldnt be until the mid 00s that he would have his first notable track signing when his track Gas-Jet was selected to be featured on the various artists mix cd Tonz Of Drumz Vol.4 - Mixed by DJK. From this, his name rose to further notoriety when he gained regular support on DJ Gvozds Pirate Station show St. Petersburgs Record Radio station and later releasing on the Pirate Station Records label.

A few years passed before HoT got his truly big break when JungleXpeditions Records head honcho and true Ragga Jungle ambassador RCola signed Policeman Soldiers to his Canadian based imprint for his first outing on Vinyl, from there it was plain sailing as he continued with a string of strong releases on respected labels such as Run Tingz Recordings, Moonshine Recordings, Lion Heart Recordings, RIQ Records, Mashed Youth as well as having no less than 10 tracks out on his own digital imprint: Hot Sound Records.

The future continues to look bright for HoT as he has just been announced as the latest signing to Bristol UK based Jungle Clone Records.
